Our Fair Usage Policy is intended to prevent abuse or mis-use of the site. You agree to upload or place advertising for any company or business that you own, manage or are employed by. You warrant that you will not sell or hire or re-sell advertising on Toyround on any commercial basis whatsoever. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TOYROUND REGARDING THE REFER AND EARN PROGRAM, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND TOYROUND RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. ------------------------------------------------ SEVERANCE If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of English courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
